CHALLENGE TIMELINE

Week 0: 23rd September – 29th September
23rd Sep – Free week trial commences. 7am information opportunity as well as early registrations at La Balsa Park, Buddina
29th Sep – Registrations close for the challenge at 5pm

Week 1: 30th September – 6th October
30th Sep – 7am Handbooks released and briefly gone over. You have the week to get yourself started and book your measurements and complete your fitness tests.
2nd Oct – Goal Setting, Nutrition discussion and Handbook gone through via Facebook live on our private FB Group.
6th Oct – All Measurements, fitness test scores, and before photos are due to Sammy by 6pm (via text 0421 486 448 or email sammy@pursuitfitness.com.au)

Week 2: 7th October – 13th October
7th Oct – Mt Coolum Climb as a group. Coffee catch up after to go through finalizing individual handbooks if required.
11th Oct – Nutrition Workshop with qualified dieticians. Details TBC

Week 3: 14th October – 20th October
Throughout this week you will receive Mobility and Movement emails that you can start to put to practice assisting your own training and performance during training

Week 4: 21st October – 27th October
Keep working hard this week and the next are the easiest to lose track

Week 5: 28th October – 3rd November
Last week of working through the temptations before you are on the home stretch

Week 6: 4th November – 10th November
4th Nov – Adventure Session. Details TBC (small cost may be involved)

Week 7: 11th November – 17th November
11th Nov – Adventure Session. Details TBC (small cost may be involved)

Week 8: 18th November – 24th November
Throughout this week you are to complete your final fitness test, get your final measurement and take your final after photos.

24th Nov – Morning times will be available for measurements

All Measurements, fitness test scores, and before photos are due to Sammy by 6pm (via text 0421486448 or email sammy@pursuitfitness.com.au)

25th Nov – PURSUIT SPECIAL FITNESS EVENT to finish off the challenge with a bang – Details TBC
