The 12 week challenge was the push and timeframe I needed to kick-start my fitness and lifestyle goals of 2013.
Throughout the 12 weeks, our group training sessions were always fun, varied and challenging. There was nothing like the sense of achievement and the high’s I felt after completing exercises in our group sessions that I never thought I would be capable of.
Coming out of the challenge I am certainly happier, transformed, confident and healthier than ever. II have gained knowledge about healthy living, eating and the correct way of completing exercises which has helped me maintain a more balanced lifestyle. I am continually setting goals for myself to carry on this incredible lifestyle that Pursuit Fitness has opened me up to. I want to thank Sammy & the Pursuit trainers for their combination of training methods, personalised nutrition and exercise programs, goals they helped us achieve and the overall commitment to us.
