Specialising in PRE NATAL exercise. It is so important to stay healthy, fit and strong throughout your pregnancy. The sessions are varied & focus on pelvic floor & lower abdominal strength. Also the education on this, prior to and post your pregnancy.
It is required that you get a clearance from your Doctor or Obstetrician prior to attending and you must be at least 12 weeks pregnant on commencement. These sessions will give you the motivation to stay healthy and stay active throughout your pregnancy and you can meet other soon-to-be mums at the same time.
